Just 12 miles from the beautiful university town of Plymouth along with its major grocery stores, movie/entertainment theater and numerous restaurants. Only about 10 miles to Tenney Mountain Ski Area as well. Check out the rock climbing and polar caves right in Rumney. Renter pays for electricity and personal wood supply. Garbage removal is to town facility and is renter's responsibility. Water is via well. Snow removal and internet is included in rent.
