The property is conveniently located close to Bozeman Hot Springs and is dog-friendly. The Rocking H Ranch House provides ample space, beds, and amenities for up to 8 guests. This ranch-style home exudes timeless charm with wood paneling and carpeted floors, offering a clean, comfortable, and entertaining stay. The main level features a full kitchen with modern amenities, a dining room with a large table, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and a second living room with a TV. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, dedicated workspace, TV, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, and the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed with patio access to the hot tub. The lower level includes an entertainment room with a pool table, foosball, bar, and gas fireplace, as well as a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed and queen-size bed. The property offers ample parking space for up to 6 vehicles and 1 large RV, with additional parking in the 2-car garage. Up to two dogs are welcome with a pet fee, and horses can stay in the fenced pasture behind the house. Sadly, cats are not allowed due to allergies. Nestled in a quiet rural neighborhood, this home offers peaceful strolls in the countryside. Within a 10-minute walk lies 'Four Corners', a quirky hub with bars, a Mexican restaurant, a cowboy cafe, a breakfast place, an espresso stand, a pizza place, a small supermarket, and a fly-fishing shop. The Rocking H serves as a perfect base camp for adventures, situated just 15 minutes from Bozeman's vibrant Main Street and its international airport, and within a scenic 1.5-hour drive to Yellowstone's west entrance. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Big Sky Ski Resort, Bridger Bowl Ski Area, and the Madison River. Guests will have access to the entire property and can easily check-in via a keycode. There is a no-smoking policy and no events are allowed. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. Dogs left unattended should be in a crate, and guests must agree to pick up after their dogs inside and out. A rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and identity verification is required. A laptop computer is not included.
