I wouldn't...

I wouldn't recommend moving in...unless you enjoy loud traffic and a bad parking situation. The "on-site laundry" is 1 washer & 1 dryer to all 16 units. Dealing with any issue is almost impossible w/o repercussions from the owner. As previously stated...RUN!

Lived here for almost 7 years.

This place might have been considered a hidden gem, but definitely not anymore. The landlord does not like anyone who lives there and prefers tenants who have no intention of staying. Rents are raised every year without exception and the property is very neglected. Almost every tenant that has been there longer than 5 years has had an eviction notice for one thing or another because they have over stated there welcome. The management does not care about the well being of the tenants and will give you a three day notice for anything they can. One word...RUN!

Hidden gem

On the outside it seems awful. The fact that it is on the busy side of the highway and the litter out front never stops can deter you from it. I will say this: the other 12 tenants are all so considerate. The landlord is sweet and prompt. The noise of the busy highway on la cienega is just light background noise. The apartment location is just on the edge of culver city, Baldwin hills, and la so it's close to everything.
