The apartment retains its exceptional historic detail, with French doors, original stained glass, and a gas fireplace in the living room, and original woodwork throughout. The back yard features a lovely tree-shaded garden. One parking space is included in the garage (the second-floor resident uses the other parking space). The neighborhood is among the most serene in St. Louis. Carondelet Park - and the Carondelet Park Recreation Complex - is within walking distance. All the city's amenities are easily accessed by car, with a location that's "20 minutes to anywhere." Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. If you do not have your own renter's insurance policy, there is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
