Every two weeks yard service is included in the utility price. - 1 off-street parking space - Cat is OK, but no dogs allowed. - Washer/dryer included (outside the apartment). - Semi-furnished, with kitchen appliances/washer/dryer included - Utilities not included (Electricity, water, high speed internet, garden service combined are $225/month ... add $100 if occupied by 2 people).
