The private back yard is fenced and has a patio. The detached double car garage is accessed from the alley. The HOA maintains the front yard, tenants mow the back yard. Absolutely No smoking & no pets are allowed. Sorry, this is not negotiable. Tenant responsible for all utilities. All of our tenants need to have $100,000 of renters insurance. Tenants will need to pay $9.50 per month for renters insurance if they do not provide proof of their own insurance. Stone Mountain Properties runs a credit and criminal background check on all applicants over the age of 18. Additionally, we look into rental history and call current/previous landlords.
