The private back yard is fenced and has a patio. The detached double car garage is accessed from the alley. The HOA maintains the front yard, owners mow the back yard. Absolutely No smoking & no pets are allowed. Sorry, this is not negotiable. Tenant responsible for all utilities. All of our tenants need to have $100,000 of renters insurance. Tenants will need to pay $9.50 per month for renters insurance if they do not provide proof of their own insurance. There is a $40 non-refundable application fee. However, when you apply online you may opt to "skip fees" on the payment page. We will later collect your application fee over the phone once you are next in line and have viewed the unit and confirmed you want it.
