Can be removed if desired (I put them up because, upon previous tenant request, due to them keeping lots of expensive tools in their work trucks - not that they had any issues). - Landlord lives not far away and does most of the maintenance himself - no delays when repairs are required. On top of that, you get a nice breeze on most days due to the surrounding hills. -- 12 miles to downtown San Diego, 2 miles to CA-125. -- Safe street - there are 3 small apartment complexes with the rest of the building being single-family owner-occupied houses. If you move in NOT on the 1st of the month, your payment on the next rent due day will get prorated accordingly. - No application fee.
