Great and quiet neighborhood, centrally located close to freeways (I-5 and Highway 78), transit, amazing beaches, dining and shopping. Excellent Carlsbad schools. Utilities, including electric, water, trash, sewer and landscape maintenance are included in the monthly rent. Owner / Manager (Sandy) lives in main house and is highly responsive and easy to reach.
