Sports fans; music fans - the Forum and SoFi stadium are approximately one mile from your home. Fast food; convenience stores; grocery store, etc, within walking distance. 4 miles from LAX; 8 miles from Santa Monica; 3 miles from Culver City; 5 miles from Marina Del Rey; Playa Del Rey/Playa Vista/ Vista Del Mar; 10 miles from Torrance; 9 miles from Century City and Beverly Hills; 12 miles from Hollywood and Downtown LA. Public transit close by. Or, use Uber/Lyft from Door to Door for a Stress free commute. No W&D on the premises; but, a couple of laundromats are nearby. No AC available. Will consider pets. If space is shared between strangers; both parties must be in agreement regarding pets. Budget friendly option - share with a friend/another renter And share the costs. Private bedroom and a private living room. Shared areas - bathroom; kitchen and pantry. Separate entrances. $1,200 for larger sleeping area. $1,100 for smaller bedroom. Plus security deposits.
