Outside you will find a full sized washer & dryer, a huge fenced in yard, and a large storage shed. This home is set back from the main road, behind the front house to offer extra privacy. Don't delay, schedule your showing today! Utilities: no utilities included Pet Policy: $45/month per pet non-refundable fee. Pets must have a valid application completed through the following link: Lease Term: one year lease term Parking: street parking only Gardening: tenant responsibility *We are experiencing an overwhelming amount of phone calls and emails.
