During the summer, parking fits 2-3 vehicles and a trailer up to 12 feet. In winter, trailers are not allowed, and additional parking is available near the subdivision entrance. Street parking is prohibited, and lost keycards incur a $250 replacement fee per card. Nestled on Bills Island, surrounded by the Island Park Reservoir and adjacent to Lakeside Lodge, the cabin is part of a gated community with secure keycard access. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a fee of $15 per hour. Unauthorized late check-out incurs a $50 fee per hour. Outdoor security cameras may be in use, and no tents or large bonfires are allowed. Wildlife is common in the area, so food and garbage should be stored in bear-proof containers.
