Off the atrium, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (setting for 6) with plenty of countertop space to prepare your family’s favorite treats, a cozy breakfast nook area, large pantry and a full-sized washer and dryer. Directly ahead, you walk into the spacious living/dining room that boasts a gorgeous chandelier and table that can accommodate four comfortably. The living room boasts two large couches with a matching day chair for relaxing, entertaining, or just watching the 65” television. Through the sliding glass doors, you will find paradise. Surrounded by gorgeous trees, the lanai has outdoor seating to accommodate four or more comfortably. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, large television, and private access to the lanai. Attached is the en-suite bathroom with and updated vanity and a large shower/tub combo. After a day at the beach, this is the perfect space to unwind! The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, television, and plenty of storage space for personal belongings beside the second bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. The garage has an automatic door opener, and you will find beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys you may wish to take to the beach. The garage opens directly into the kitchen, for easy access when you return from your excursions. For your comfort, linen and towels are provided, and an additional fold-away bed is available in the master closet, while a crib and highchair are available for younger guests in the garage. There is also a welcome package for your immediate needs as you settle in. There are a number of food stores nearby: Costco at the Sarasota Square Mall / Publix a Total Wines south on Tamiami Trail For your entertainment, the villa provides wireless internet, DVD, Cable TV and free phone calls within the US and Canada. There are books for your reading pleasure, and additional books are available for borrowing or sharing in the clubhouse. There is also a vibrant arts and culture scene to be explored at the Sarasota Opera House, Ringling Museum, and downtown historic Sarasota. For your security, the keyed door has a deadbolt combination lock with your unique code. It is unique to each client.
