Management now is quick to respond to inquiries and answer issues right away. Had an issue with the carpet not being cleaned with dog hair and not receiving a credit as advised and a solution was provided right away. Christina, Makayla, and Jon are very helpful and stand on business every time I enter the office with warm smiles and respect every time. I really appreciate them honoring their word as a lot of people words don't match their actions nowadays, they have set the tone of what to expect when addressing anything with them. When leaving the office I heard Makayla say,"we have to look at this right away" Christina took action and investigated the books and offer for the steam cleaners to come back out but I already used the machine I had. The willingness to assist!! Thank you all!!

360 Communities is very relaxing and clean communities. Management and maintenance team are on top of everything, ensuring the renters needs are met. Very convenient and close to Trout Creek Academy and allot of trails to take for morning or afternoon walk. Would definitely love to stay and extend our lease.

I have lived in the 360 Communities at Shearwater for about 12 months, I signed a 15 month lease. Overall, the experience has been very good and not much to complain about. The homes are average and have your basic cheap appliances but that's because they are Lennar homes, they use the cheapest materials in there homes from my experience. The key issue is when good neighbors move out and bad ones move in, unfortunately not much you can do about that in a town home situation. I would recommend the community due to the community amenities that you get at Shearwater to include the gym, walking trails, etc. Believe me, I have rented at other communities and Shearwater is the best when it comes to the community amenities.

360 Communities at Shearwater is a beautiful property that’s very safe and quiet. A great place to raise a family or retire. The maintenance team members are professional, and quick to resolve any issues. Also Jonathan who is part of the office staff is super friendly, and will always do his best to assist anyone. He’s a great asset to the company.

I have always been happy living here but I feel like I am even happier than ever as we get ready to begin our 3rd lease ! Maintenance is so good and so quick and so professional and Jennifer the new leasing manager is amazing !! They all work so good together and recently replaced our floor while out of town and I was so impressed by the updates and overall communication and the job done ! You really can count on this team for a great experience here and to take care of things !

My experience at 360 communities at Shearwater has been really good. From when I arrived to view some apartments. I was greeted with warm welcome and being shown potential rental apartments. The feature I was most excited about is the 2 car garage and the shearwater amenities.
