The Location - This will be easy just like vacations are supposed to be. It\'s just a one-block walk to all the best of the Siesta Village - fresh oysters, seafood, tropical drinks, ice cream, entertainment, and even gourmet donuts. The patio is shaded by mature palms with chaise loungers and dining tables. It\'s just right for enjoying a quiet cup of coffee, good book, cocktail(s), or an al-fresco meal. The beaches here are the widest on the island, have panoramic views of the gulf to the North-West-and-South, and are the top spot in North America for viewing sunsets. The water is shallow clear and calm with white quartz-sand tide-pools perfect for sleeping drinking or playing. You can swim or often wade to Sand Dollar Island, a naturally occurring white sand cay popular with dolphin\'s sand-dollars and occasionally giant-conch. This is the only spot on Siesta where you can go from the water to lunch or dinner and back to the sand without putting on your shirt and shoes. Amenities - Paddle boards kayaks and bicycles provided free of charge, but subject to availability. Because of shipping delays, if a group prior to arrival loses items we may have a restocking delay. Anything we are missing can be rented nearby. Support Post Booking - I understand vacation time is precious and I will make sure you get the most out of it. My number is the only contact information you need. My units are at the top attractions on the island. Cars are never required, but you will have private parking near the unit. Check-in any day of the week at any time using your private door-code. No requirement ever at checkout. Free early check-in when possible. Never hidden fees or solicitations. Every unit including this one is available for instant booking. When you book with me you get a fully accessible and knowledgeable owner/host and reliable advice from a G-approved local expert. I can recommend the best spot for fishing or fresh fish, Michigan or Ohio State games, romantic-dinners marriage-proposals or singles, Eco-tourism, family friendly activities, or safe ways to lose your kids when you need a break. For the less extroverted, every booking comes with an unabashed guidebook detailing the property, all my favorite things to do in the area, and never any advertisements or solicitations. This is the only rental offering of its kind on the key. *Events - only with prior approval Bear Gear - Correction for Air-b-n-b listings. We provide beach towels and beach chairs at every location, umbrellas and carts at most locations, and do not provide \"snorkeling gear\" at any locations. Sorry for the confusion. Snorkelling gear can be rented or purchased nearby. Terms - Payments are 50% refundable when canceled at least 60 days before arrival. Payments are not refundable when canceled less than 60 days before arrival. Events or gatherings involving outside guests are only allowed with prior approval from the management. Guest agrees to hold the Property Manager and Owner harmless from any liability for injuries while on vacation. *If you prefer insured bookings, we recommend providers Generali and Rental Guardian for Trip-Protection coverage.
