Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Tampering with the camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being requested to vacate the premises. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to additional fees, and door codes do not activate until the set check-in time.
