There is a large living/dining room off the ktichen and ANOTHER large living room with giant walk-in closet for tons of storage and built-ins. Bedroom has large double closets. Rental overlooks the lake size pond and dock included in the property. Heat, Hot Water and Laundry are included. FIRST, LAST, SECURITY(Each 1 month) and BROKER FEE(half month) are due upon accepted apps/lease signing. Please bring 2 recent pay stubs, an ID to the group showing to apply. NO Pets please!
