The property features three fully furnished covered patios, a pool table, a bar/lounge area, and a jacuzzi hot tub, ensuring plenty of entertainment options for everyone. Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee per pet. The property includes a large fenced yard for pets and children, and a large barbecue grill with ample sitting space for entertaining. This home offers exclusive access to a private beach not open to the public, just a short walk away. Enjoy the quaint private patio upstairs overlooking the quiet sandy street, and the upper covered patio with views of lush greenery and the sound of the surf. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Trash days are Monday and Thursday, and lawn care takes place on Mondays. A BBQ grill is provided, and guests are requested to keep sand off the furniture and clean the grill after each use. Before departing, guests should remove bedding and towels and leave them in the laundry room, load and start the dishwasher, and take trash out to the garage. Please check for items left behind and don't forget your electronics and chargers!
