This pet-friendly apartment is perfect for getaways and can sleep up to 7 guests at a time. Each of the three bedrooms comes with a Queen-sized bed with fresh linens. The primary bedroom also features an en-suite half-bathroom. The other bathroom has been newly renovated and has a large standing shower, fluffy bath towels, and modern finishings. The living space is bright and airy, and the kitchen comes with all the appliances you need, plus lots of cupboards and countertop space. There's a large capacity family dining table and a comfortable living room. The Smart TV is set up to stream your favorite shows, and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. There are also laundry machines for your use. Pets less than 30lbs are very welcome at this home with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. A pet fee of CAD 49.00 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, the fee will be collected separately. If you have more than one pet, an extra fee of CAD 49.00 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation. Mid-stay cleaning is available for reservations over 3 days in duration for an extra fee and needs to be booked in advance. The Kawartha region consists of over 250 lakes and rivers and is located just 90 minutes northeast of Toronto. Bobcaygeon is known for its picturesque setting on Pigeon and Sturgeon Lakes, famous for Bigley Shoes, Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream, and unique shops and restaurants. The village boasts a vibrant main street, historic sites like the first lock on the Trent-Severn Waterway, and the Boyd Museum. Visitors can enjoy the Farmers’ Market, Kawartha Settlers’ Village, outdoor activities, birdwatching, and water sports. With its mix of history, culture, and natural beauty, Bobcaygeon is the perfect getaway destination. There are many public boat launches around town, and you can also rent boats and all the gear you need for water sports nearby. Fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, paddle boarding, and jet skiing are all popular activities in the area during the summer. Enjoy some of the best fishing in Kawartha, including Bass, Muskie, Pickerel, and Perch. In the winter, activities like ice fishing, skating, skiing, or snowshoeing are popular. There's also a network of groomed snowmobile trails to enjoy. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Garbage must be put into clear garbage bags, as black garbage bags are not accepted by the garbage pick-up. A laptop computer is not included. The coffee maker of this unit is currently not available. Check-out on time to avoid additional fees. Clean up after yourselves and any pets, as large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee.
