The laundry room features a spare refrigerator/freezer and a smart washer/dryer. The private in-ground pool is only open during certain times of the year, so please inquire first before booking. Located on a quiet street surrounded by nature, this home is just a short ride from the beach and Asbury Park. The best way to get around is by car. Hosting parties, gatherings of friends, or excessive loud music is strictly prohibited and is subject to a $1,000 fine and immediate termination of this reservation. Absolutely no open fire or smoking/vaping of any kind is allowed in or around the property, and is subject to a $500 fine and immediate termination of this reservation. There is a total limit of 10 guests staying over or allowed on the property at all times. Any guest over 6 is charged $100 per guest per night. Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is before 11AM.
