About This Property

Welcome to 3541 Lewis Avenue! It’s a charming little duplex on a quiet residential street. With only one shared wall, in-unit laundry hookups, and garage space, this is a true hidden gem for the area. Inside the unit, you’ll find lovely large windows that let in massive amounts of light and fresh air. There is a large living area, a dining area, a large kitchen with another space for dining or extra storage space, a dedicated laundry room with access to the side walkway leading to the garages, a hallway with TONS of storage space, a quaint bathroom with charming blue tile, and two spacious bedrooms for you to make your own. Really the photos cannot do it justice, come, see it, and make it your new home! Application Requirements: - Each person over 18 years of age that will be living in the unit must fill out a separate application. - Non-refundable $52 application fee from each applicant. Required Documents for all adult occupants: -Government Issued, Photo ID. -Three months of bank statements (most recent, previous three months). -Three months of pay stubs (most recent, previous three months). NOTE: Paystubs and bank statements are not required if an applicant completes the "Income Verification" process. Income: -Gross monthly income must be 2.5x the rental amount. -Applicants in a group can combine their income to meet the required 2.5x income. -If an applicant does not have the necessary income, they will require a double deposit and a co-signor that meets the co-signor requirements. Credit Score: -Must be above a 650 Credit Score. If an applicant does not meet the required credit score, they will need a co-signor. -If an applicant does not have a credit score, they will require a double deposit and an approved co-signor. Criminal History: -Any convictions of felony or conviction for a crime against a person. Evictions: -No prior evictions within the last seven years. Rental History: -Able to provide at least three years of verifiable rental history.
