Tenant is responsible for Gas, Electric, Water, and Sewer. No Smoking inside and No Pets Allowed! Our criteria for renting is that your gross monthly income needs to be at least 3 times the rental amount and no evictions within the last 5 years NO EXCEPTIONS! To be able to schedule a showing you will need to submit an application on our website at www.pioneer- and click on property management. Once you see the rental and you decide that you would like to rent it then you will need to submit to a credit, background, and eviction check. It's a soft credit check that costs $30 and you will pay that directly online when you submit. The reports will come back as Accept, Low Accept, Conditional, or Deny. This will determine your deposit amount. Accept is equal to 1 month rent, Low Accept is a 1.5 month deposit and Conditional is a double deposit.
