A/C in main living space as well as fans throughout. Large private laundry room with storage. On a quiet cul-de-sac with private driveway and off-street parking for two. No pets, no smoking. Water, sewer, trash, pest control and landscaping services included. Tenant sets up electric and internet/cable. Prefer one year lease, would consider six month lease available July 1st.
