Both the master and guest bedrooms are very good sized with large closets. This unit also features beautiful hardwood floors throughout and CENTRAL AIR / HEAT ! Updated ceramic tile in bathroom with medicine cabinet and new skylight. Each unit has its own laundry area in the basement with washer and dryer provided by the owner; there is storage area in the basement, and shared garage. Parking is off street in the rear of the building. Large concrete patio in front to enjoy outdoor seating. Nice quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to shopping, dining, etc. Tenant pays for gas, electricity, renter's insurance and cable/internet if desired. All applications require $50 app fee for each adult over the age of 18. CREDIT CHECK WILL BE DONE THOROUGHLY AS WELL AS BACKGROUND CHECK ! Application requirements include credit score of 700 or better, copy of current drivers license or state issued ID , 6 weeks of current pay stubs, fully completed application and non refundable $50 application fee for each occupant over 18.
