A little about me - I’m an actor who splits my time between Hollywood and living in West Lancaster. I’ve appeared on TV, in feature films, and in several national commercials, and there’s currently an award-winning feature documentary film about my life. I’m fun, down to earth, and originally from the South - very well mannered. West Lancaster is my getaway from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood. I welcome both male and female applicants. I’m looking for a tenant who keeps a clean living environment, is honest and reliable, and respects shared spaces. No smoking inside the home. Occupancy & Rules: No overnight guests. This is a single-occupancy room intended for one tenant. No pets (no exceptions). Subleasing: The tenant may not sublease the room to a third party. No drugs or parties. No smoking inside the home. The bedroom is unfurnished, with a shared bathroom. Lease Terms: Rent: $750 a month (all utilities included). Security Deposit: $295 Lease Term: 6 Month Lease. Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of $47 covers credit, background, and rental history checks. Applications are processed on a first-come, first served basis, and all screening is conducted in accordance with California law. Qualifications: Applicants must demonstrate the ability to pay rent. Students are welcome (co-signer accepted). Income Requirement: Income must be 3 times the rent (Negotiable). No Evictions, Unlawful Detainers, Violent or Drug-Related Crimes. Credit: I’m flexible with credit; a higher deposit or strong co-signer (parent/family) may be acceptable. I’m willing to work with you if your credit is not so good - you can just pay a little more for the security deposit. If you’re a college student with no established credit and in between jobs, I will still consider you with a strong co-signer such as a parent or family member.
