Tenant is to cover ALL UTILITIES!! Pets are allowed for an additional cost. $25 non-refundable deposit for each pet and $25/mo pet fee for each pet. 2 pet max Deposit is $700 to be included in addition to first months rent of $700. Rental Income Requirements: Must make 3x the rent amount on income(documentation required). Good rental history(current or previous documentation required). No criminal history.
