It has a comfortable full-sized Murphy bed (just under a Queen) that can convert to a large dedicated workspace. There is also a smaller desk available, as pictured. The modern couch also folds down to an XL twin size bed for the occasional guest, with bedding provided as well. There are remote control room-darkening blinds in this unit, an in-unit washer/dryer, storage closet and a large wall-unit wardrobe which has mirrored doors, a bathrobe, exercise equipment and tons of room! Wifi/Internet (high-speed), Roku TV, full utilities & kitchen/bath starter basics are included. The gated garage parking space can fit a compact or smaller sedan/suv. We provide 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, a beach umbrella, a rainy day umbrella, binoculars, smash ball paddles and a backpack cooler for your stay.
