The kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances, including a stainless steel refrigerator, a glass cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher, with sleek and durable countertops for ample food preparation space. The bathroom is spacious and modern, featuring a walk-in shower, a sleek vanity, and a well-lit mirror. As part of the ApartHotel experience, you'll have access to amenities such as a fitness center, a communal lounge area, and laundry facilities. Parking is available only in permitted areas. Rochester's East End neighborhood is a vibrant district where history, art, and culture converge. The area boasts a rich cultural scene with historic homes, performance spaces like the Eastman Theater, and nearby arts venues. Guests must complete a Property Condition form within 48 hours of arrival and cover any repair costs due to their actions.
