Located next to Selfridge Air Force Base, Mount Clemens is a picturesque city along Clinton River, just five minutes from Lake Saint Clair. I-94 borders the city on its east side, leading to Downtown Detroit in about 30 minutes. Downtown Mount Clemens is quintessential Midwest, complete with false-front architecture, brick-paved walkways, and period lighting.
With a history dating back to 1796 (and as one of Michigan's oldest cities), Mount Clemens was originally known as "High Banks." The surveyor who arrived here in the late 1700s, Christian Clemens, is considered the city's founder. He purchased land along the river in 1801 and plotted out the village. He named his village after himself -- Mount Clemens. The small village grew quickly when mineral baths began to attract tourists to the area. Today, Mount Clemens is a popular city with a variety of parks, good schools, and a fantastic downtown shopping district.

I had the pleasure of working with Jenny the property manager. She was very professional and the approval was quick. Within a week I was ready to sign the lease. The property is updated and very intimate. The bathroom is my favorite. I would highly recommend this location if you're looking for a modern updated apartment.

Currently living here for a year now and I love it so much I live in a one bedroom and it is small but you can definitely make it work. It’s safe and a nice place to call home.

These apartments are very beautiful! If someone is complaining about the 1bedroom, then they can just upgrade to the two bedroom which is almost 1,000 sq.ft. Problem solved!! It’s in an amazing location, quaint, quiet and a bit hidden. It’s a gated community, that requires an entry key. This is definitely for the single, working professional. It’s really as luxury as they look, for such an affordable price! Jenny is also amazing! She’s very accommodating and for sure she understands the importance of potential residents expectations. I am currently going through the application process and I hope I am able to pay my deposit and pick up my keys ASAP! ???

Not sure what they had in mind when building these new apartments. EXTREMELY SMALL, I don’t care how luxury they wanna call them. Just not worth what’s being asked for only only only only: 450 square feet. No sir, no Ma’am,no thank you no sir
