It has a great open floor plan in the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The unit has two large bedrooms with lots of light and spacious closets. Each bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to a small private lanai. There is a large park-like setting at the back of the building with striking views of the Iao Mountains. This is an ideal location close to town, shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, government offices, and the airport. Coin-operated washers and dryers are conveniently located on the property. No pets are accepted and no smoking/vaping is allowed inside the apartment or within 20 feet of the building. All applicants over 18 must submit an individual rental application and a non-refundable $40 application fee. Please contact PropHawaii dot com with all questions and concerns. All applicants with credit scores below 650 will be declined. No evictions or outstanding rent balances in the last three years (unless paid in full and there have been no problems with residency since). 5) No more than two negative accounts on your credit profile in the last 18-months.
