The primary entry is via the lower level walkout and has plenty of room to store your skis and gear, as well as a boot dryer, with easy ski access to the slopes via the Forest Cottage connector path that leads to the Learning Center at Bretton Woods. This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. It is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules, especially Quiet Hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, must be followed. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles at the unit, with overflow parking nearby. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of noise rules. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. Trash or food is not to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. Fast internet will allow you to work remotely should you need to.
