This is a newly renovated, family-owned, condo for rent. We are located right inside Avondale estates and are 2 miles from Agnes Scott, downtown Decatur, and the farmer's market. Walmart is a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive as well. $1800per month does include utilities and there is access to a pool and tennis court on property. The neighbors are all extremely friendly and diverse, since this is a family neighborhood. We are looking for tenants with a minimum of 670 credit to sign a 1-year minimum lease agreement. Students with established credit or guarantors are more than welcome! Sorry, no pets allowed due to newly renovated carpet. Absolutely no smoking.
