This downtown gem offers a mix of historic charm and chic style. The dining room features a table with seating for six and a cabinet filled with games. The living room includes a cozy sitting area with a couch, an accent chair, a futon for additional seating, a large smart TV, and an in-home bar with a local barrel table from the St. Augustine Distillery. The fully equipped kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware for six, and coffee maker options including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, and espresso machine. Bedroom 1 features a spacious king-size bed, a smart TV, a work desk, and clothing storage. Bedroom 2 offers a spacious king-size bed, a smart TV, clothing storage, and an attached en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bathroom 2 has a shower/tub combo and a spacious vanity. Outdoors, there's a separate game room/shed with a ping pong table, badminton net and gear, a BBQ grill, and a shaded sitting area with a dining table. Off-street parking is available for two vehicles. One dog under 50 lbs is welcome with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150. Lincolnville is home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. This home is right around the corner from local favorite, Dog Rose Brewery, and just a couple blocks away from Blue Hen, the top neighborhood brunch spot. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for everyone just a short stroll from the house. Guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries and attractions making it easy to get around on foot. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home, and any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, underage drinking, and foreign objects down the toilet are strictly prohibited. Guests are 100% liable for any property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile).
