The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time.
