The house is two years old, is very clean, is in excellent condition and has a covered patio all across the back of the house. The south facing back yard is nicely landscaped with artificial turf, live plants and stones. There is a built in bbq and nice mountain view’s. The kitchen includes granite countertops, a large island and premium appliances. There are wall mounted flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. The living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom have ceiling fans. The master bedroom includes a low threshold/easy walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. Sorry no smoking of any kind, no pets, inside or outside. Del Webb Rancho Mirage features a beautiful gated entrance and country club amenities (pending covid restrictions). - The elevated resort-style expansive pool area has been open 7am-9pm during covid. It has magnificent southwest 180 degrees views facing mountain ranges and overlooks a large multi terraced lakes area. This area features a pool with lap lanes, separate large spa/hot tub, lots of permanent shade areas and umbrellas, a separate covered aerobics pool, covered seating area, outside tv and restroom. - large club house and gym (both closed due to covid right now). - many miles of walking trails that wind through the community. - 8 pickleball courts, 4 tennis’s court and 3 bocce courts. - large putting green with a view of the lakes and mountain ranges. - The Westin Mission Hills resort and golf course is just across the street. $4,000 per month for a signed one year lease. Owner will offer a discount with an signed two year or more lease. Sorry no short term lease. First month and $4,000 security deposit required when signing lease.
