Property Ratings at 35 Belvedere Avenue Apartments
Landlord does not answer the phone. Attempting to communicate with the property manager doesn't get you anywhere either (their response to noise complaints from new tenants was "call the cops"). Since the building was sold by Capreit, there's been problems with garbage in the halls, broken glass in the storage rooms, noise issues, and the lease is no longer being enforced. Several of the old tenants have since jumped ship, and I can't recommend anyone rent here.
