No smoking, or marijuana or other drugs. (edibles and cbd ok) Total occupancy of myself and YOU (I occupy the basement). House is available 6/1/26. I am VERY quiet, respectful, considerate, keep to myself, senior female. Utilities are $170 per month and include everything.
