Smoking is prohibited on the premises. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour, and no street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM. If a pet is discovered on the property, the rental will be terminated immediately, no refund will be given, and there will be a minimum charge of $500 for carpet cleaning and flea control.
