Down the street is the popular Eldwayen Ocean Park, where you can watch the waves crash and the beautiful nightly sunsets. It's easy to get around by car, and Ubers and Lyft are also available. The home is close to freeway on-ramps. Quiet hours are effective from 10 PM to 7 AM every day. Trash shall not be left stored within public view, except in proper containers for purposes of collection. There shall be no accumulation or storage of trash and/or debris on the site or within the residence. Vehicles used and traffic generated by residence shall not exceed normal residential levels or unreasonably interfere with the quiet use and enjoyment of any other residences or businesses in the area. Maximum overnight occupancy of the residence shall be limited to four people (two people per bedroom, plus two additional people), inclusive of children. The number of visitors to the residence shall not exceed four at any time. Visitors are not allowed in the residence between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. and shall not stay overnight on the premises.
