Located just 4 blocks from the public beach access at the end of Seabreeze Drive in Garden City Beach, you will have the beach very close without all the crowds and noise. Entering the home from the front boardwalk, you will first come to the massive screened porch with a dining table for 6, Roku TV, and outdoor fan. Once you enter the home, you will immediately find yourself in the living room with large and comfy reclining sofa and love seats, a 60" Roku TV, and an open plan living area. There is a large bathroom directly off the living room and next to the separate mud room with a full-sized washer and dryer. The dining table seats 6 and is also open to the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with premium stainless appliances and everything you need to cook gourmet meals. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, Roku TV, his and hers closets, and extra blankets and pillows. There is a 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds and another Roku TV. On the opposite side of the living room, you will find the 3rd bedroom which has a separate HVAC system, Roku TV, and private access door to the screened porch. The 2nd bathroom is located conveniently between the primary and 2nd bedrooms. One dog of under 35 lbs is permitted and there is a $125 pet cleaning fee. Renting a 4 or 6 seater golf cart is recommended. Gas is provided for the rental and there is an on board sound bar. Located just 4 blocks from the public beach access off Seabreeze Drive in Garden City Beach, you will be close to shopping with grocery stores, coffee shops, delicious restaurants, and a surf shop. The property is non-smoking. Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 7 AM. By state law, occupancy may not exceed 7, including infants and children. The minimum age requirement is 25. Check-in is from 4 PM to 10 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. [SI]
