It includes two additional free unassigned parking spaces, and is fully equipped with all utilities ($100.00 cap on gas and electric); personal washer and dryer, dishwasher, blackout curtains in each bedroom, and central heating and cooling are also included. Kitchen is equipped with utensils, cookware, and dishware, and bedrooms are equipped with linen and towels. The condo is smart lock enabled, and you will have your own personal keycodes for entry; never worry about keeping track of, or losing any keys while staying here! This is a single level end unit, and you can enjoy the peace and quiet outside on your own private covered patio. Please note there are two steps outside at the front entry, and one step at the back entry. We've designed this space to be simple, straightforward, and as comfortable as possible. There are no rugs or carpets for easy cleaning and less tripping hazards. We've taken a minimalist approach to avoid unnecessary clutter and to let tenants make the place their own and to feel more at home. This space is great for traveling couples, traveling friends, or anyone looking for a quiet spot in Prescott. Both bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit, making it an ideal layout for sharing the space. In the fall of 2022 we added new paint, new laminate counters, new vinyl floors in the bedrooms, new ceiling fans, new bathroom and kitchen hardware, new washer, new dishwasher, black out curtains, new back door, brand new furniture, front and back door motion detector lights, and a new back security door. We have security cameras set up around the perimeter, in the garage, and a Ring Doorbell at the front door. The only internal camera is in the locked supply closet and is motion activated only. None of the cameras are audio enabled or activated, except for the Ring Doorbell. Lease Options: Month to month or 1-2 Month $2400.00 3-5 Month Lease $2300.00 6 Month Lease $2250.00 (Security Deposit $2250.00) Holding Fee: Our fee to hold the property is $350.00, is good for one month, and is due at the time of signing the lease. This will block out the dates on the lease. When the tenant moves in the holding fee will convert to the remaining security deposit and will be returned at the end of the stay. If the tenant decides not to move in, we will keep the $350.00. Cleaning Fee: $250.00. This is for the deep clean, sanitation, and turn over of the property. Any extra cleaning will come out of the security deposit. Pet Fee: $150.00. This is a one time Pet Fee goes towards the extra dirt and fur removal. Any damages will come out of the security deposit. Limit of 2 pets. HOA Registration Form: $25.00 Application Fee: Is $45.00 per person 18+ years of age, and is through Keycheck. We will send each individual the link.
