About This Property
My husband and I are pretty chill, so I'm sure if you're a decent person and respectful, we'd get along. My property is a work in progress, so forgive the external appearance. I have a vision that includes enhancements to the pool house. The pool no longer exists and I would like to eventually turn the area into a garden/ private patio + entertainment area for the resident to enjoy. The apartment will receive window upgrades in the near future as well. Time frame to be determined. I'm open to cats and dogs as long as they are kept clean and maintained, no peeing where they shouldn't. A small pet deposit may be negotiated. I will require a background check and lease signing.
