About This Property
Hello, I have a master bedroom with private bath for rent. The room is spacious (15x15) with plenty of room for a queen size bed. Your master room comes with a private bathroom (shower) and your bedroom comes with a walk-in closet which has four shelves and ample storage space. You can bring your set-up or the room can come furnished if you wish. I own a small half acre lot in Oregon Shores near Agency Lake. The outside has several raised beds and a few fruit trees. I am definitely looking forward to gardening in the spring. It's a fairly quiet community but don't mind if you have guests occasionally. If you do smoke, cigarettes or pot, it must be done outside or in the garage. This would be considered a shared house ie living room, kitchen, dining room etc. The kitchen is almost done but has all necessities. I'm going for the retro, stainless, with granite look. You can use the living room entertainment center, if I'm not, which has flat TV, regular NES, and stereo. I don't have cable TV hooked up but have Wi-Fi, computer, and printer for school or business if you need. I'm ordering a part for the hot tub in the garage that froze over a bit but you can occasionally use. If you want to use/need something, ask. I am currently enrolled at RCC in Jackson County and have a small business, both online. Between those and my projects around the house, I can get fairly busy.
