The Oleander House features a fully equipped kitchen with basic essentials, a dining room table with seating for six, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Relax in the living area with flat-screen TVs and enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Pets are welcome for an additional $125 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Parking is available for two standard vehicles. Enhance your stay with a beach gear credit to select top-quality beach gear such as bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and more. A small delivery fee may apply. While not within walking distance to the beach, the Oleander House offers easy access to island life with the option to add a 6-seater golf cart to your booking. Experience the local attractions and enjoy the fun and easy beach access. Check-in time is approximately 4 pm, though not guaranteed. A starter set of amenities is provided for one night, and guests should bring extra supplies. Construction may be ongoing in Port Aransas, and occasional cable Wi-Fi outages may occur. The property is treated for pests monthly, but mosquitoes can be plentiful at times. The maximum occupancy is 12, as regulated by city ordinance.
