Open floor plan includes large living room, dining nook, and kitchen. Latilla beam ceiling and Talavera tile work throughout. Kitchen has plenty of counter space and some seating with a large adjacent pantry. Laundry room off bonus rec room, office and TV room upstairs. 3 bedroom (2 upstairs and one down one). An addi-tional room and part of garage reserved for our storage. Rear has patio and nearby fenced garden area. Garage has some work and storage space. Nearby Sandia neighborhood mountain hiking and biking trails at your doorstep. Mostly furnished and fully equipped for SHORTER-TERM rental available by early June and running at $3050/month. Lease duration flexible but prefer 6 to 12 months. Utilities (electric, gas, water) and cable-internet TV are paid up to $250/month. Rooftop solar helps with electricity, but depending on your usage you’ll probably pay something during very hot or cold months. Basic tasks such watering greenhouse plants (and a few outside), and feeding fish are expected as part of this great deal. You must fill out tenant application and provide good references to be considered. 4 people max.
