Downtown Burlington is only 10 minutes away, UVM and St. Michaels College is only 15 minutes away by car. We have access to Colchester's beautiful bike path at the end of our road and it leads to Airport park, North Beach, Leddy Beach, Oak ledge, Burlington boathouse and many downtown restaurants. In addition, from the bike path you can access the amazing Colchester Causeway where you can take in the lake views on both sides as you bike.
