Since tank refills happen when the tank level becomes low they can be unpredictable and are not necessarily a monthly occurrence . The tenant will be billed for 2/3 of heating cost when the tank is refilled. *Lease Terms: -Pets are considered with a one-time pet deposit and monthly pet rent.
