The home accommodates up to eleven guests with three bedrooms, a flex space sunroom with a full-size futon bed and a desk, and a comfortable, large living room couch. An outdoor shower and restroom within the tropical cabana serve as the full third bathroom. A memory foam twin bed can be arranged upon request and host approval. The pool patio features an outdoor dining area, a commercial grill, three umbrellas, a sectional couch, five lounge chairs, a cabana with a bar and kitchenette sink, and a newly remodeled pool. Parking is available for up to four cars and a decent-sized boat on the driveway and on the street. Laundry is available onsite, and beach gear is provided for your convenience. Located in a safe and quiet residential area just off 41, the home is conveniently close to restaurants and Walmart. Downtown is a mere 5-minute drive, and the beach is only 10 minutes away by Uber, Lyft, or car. A personal access code will be issued for self-check-in and access during your stay. Important house rules include no drugs or smoking of any kind, with a $300 fine for violations. No flammable items, fireworks, or portable grills are allowed, but a fantastic grill is available for use on the property. No glassware on the patio, with a $1000 fine for violations, and no glass beer bottles. A $95 fine applies for damaged comforters and $45 for sheets due to makeup stains. Guests with children are asked not to bring markers into the house. No parties or loud music outside after 11:00 PM, with a $500 fine for violations. Access to locked closets and areas inside the house, including the garage, is prohibited. A grill cleaning fee of $65 will apply if left dirty, and reports will be provided by the cleaning crew.
