The outdoor oasis includes a spacious patio with a propane BBQ and a hot tub, perfect for soaking in the incredible surroundings. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the home or on the decks, and an additional charge will be applied if any butts are found on the property. Please turn all exterior lights off at night to preserve the dark skies, which are part of the beauty of the valley. Drive slowly in the neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of four licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. Snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs are not permitted in the subdivision or at the rental property, and fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including but not limited to leaving garbage in the house or litter on the grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine will be imposed for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. The guest house features a dedicated office space in the bunk room, ideal for those who need to stay connected. A laptop computer is not included.
