The guest house (Accessory Dwelling Unit - ADU) is a Brand New Construction and was designed and built to be integrated into its natural setting. Truly a delightful space to enjoy an indoor/outdoor living in Southern California The ADU is accessible via the driveway gate. Walk east on the driveway, to the right of the garage is a walkway to the South entrance front door. You will pass a Little Gem Magnolia tree and enter the private patio space. The guest house front entrance is located on the patio. Welcome home and open your front door, a 15-foot bi-folding door with 8-foot ceilings to feel at one with nature. Large windows and doors create a home full of natural light with ample storage in the kitchen and bedroom closets. Appliances include a 36 inch stove/oven, counter depth full refrigerator, built in microwave, dishwasher, and in unit washer and dryer. This energy efficient home has central A/C and heat. No smoking/vaping in unit or on property, no drugs, no pets allowed. Use of Swimming pool must be negotiated with owners. Shared space includes being able to use the basketball hoop (until 8PM) and in-ground trampoline (shoes off please). Please kindly treat the space as your own home and help to maintain cleanliness. Free street parking is available.
