This unit was professionally designed and renovated for comfortable and sophisticated living. The apartment features an open-concept layout with sophisticated finishes, lots of windows and high ceilings, The modern kitchen includes, quarts countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher and gas cooking!) There is plenty of storage with smart furniture selections, and dedicated pantry and linin closets. If you’d prefer to drive, the house is surrounded by easy and plentiful street parking that doesn’t require you to move your car daily. Lease terms including water, garbage, sewer, heat, internet & streaming tv are $1800 for an approximate 1-year lease and discounted to $1600 for a 2-year lease. If you’d like a fixed monthly all-inclusive bill, gas and electric (i.e. all utilities except phone) can be included at a flat rate of $200/mo rent. No short-term leases are offered. Tenants (or cosigner) must have a steady verifiable income of 3x the monthly rent (2.5x the monthly rent with utilities), and pass a credit and background checks. The credit check will review credit scores above 600 for adequate debt to income ratios & payment consistency. Enrolled students are absolutely welcome with a qualified cosigner if they do not meet income and/or credit score qualifications.
